In 2017, the seed for Ghana Desk Project was planted by Jennifer Boateng. An ordinary family visit to her father's hometown, Ntonso, turned into the beginning. Jennifer came across Ntonso D/A Primary School with the help of David Boamah. The conditions of the school were dire, with the lack of desks and chairs being the most obvious. In 2018, with the generous monetary support of donors and the grace of God, we returned to Ntonso D/A Primary School and presented 91 desks to them. We not only provided desks, but provided job opportunities to the local community by hiring carpenters from the area to build these same desks. Ghana Desk Project hasn't looked back since and has been donating desks to different schools throughout the years after.
To provide a conducive learning environment for kids in Ghana by supplying desks to schools in need while giving job opportunities to the local community.
